Our practice manager will go through the necessary admin steps for both privately insured and self-funded patients: the former will require a referral letter and permission (pre-authorisation code) from their insurance company while the latter are able to make an appointment directly.

During our consultation process we will make sure you will get all the necessary informations and we will strive to answer to all your questions and concerns: we will discuss your management options and explaining in details your current conditions

Following our consultation we will send you a copy of your clinical letter and whenever applicable, we will inform you about your panned operation date.
